The platform

A decade of enterprise data platforms, packaged for everyone else.

We spent a decade building data and analytics platforms for large enterprises — the kind with dedicated engineering teams and budgets to match. The platform takes those same foundations and makes them available to businesses that have neither.

How it works

Four decisions that shape everything else.

  • Multi-tenant core

    One platform, every business

Each business gets its own workspace, branding, data and users on shared foundations — no separate deployment, no forked codebase, no per-customer maintenance burden.

  • Domain-shaped modules

    Workflows that fit the trade

A clinic’s day looks nothing like a distributor’s. Modules carry the workflows each domain actually needs rather than forcing every business through the same generic forms.

  • Mobile-first

Built for people not at a desk

Every surface is designed for a phone and scales up. Native Android and iOS applications are in preparation, sharing the same core.

  • Serverless AWS

    Infrastructure defined as code

Reproducible environments, cost proportional to use, and no idle servers waiting for traffic that arrives twice a day.

By the numbers

What is actually in it.

These figures come from the platform's own generated feature catalogue, which is produced from module manifests — so it cannot drift from what ships. "Built" means a real handler and routes, not a line item on a pricing page.

  • 164

    declared features

  • 86

    built and shipping

  • 52

    shared capabilities

  • 7

    domain modules

Domain modules

Seven trades, each with workflows built for how it actually works.

A clinic's day looks nothing like a distributor's. Modules carry the domain — the shared capabilities below carry everything they have in common.

    17 features

Membership organisations, associations and the content that holds them together.

    • Membership with approval workflows
    • Events and circulars
    • Member directories
    • Content management
  • Clinic

    13 features

Clinical practice workflows built around the appointment, not the form.

    • Appointments and scheduling
    • Doctors, services and packages
    • Patient records
    • Walk-in queue management
  • Learning

    9 features

Exam preparation on an atomic concept graph rather than a flat syllabus.

    • Syllabus and concept graph
    • Notes and flashcards
    • Assessment and mastery tracking
    • Curriculum management
  • B2B commerce

    9 features

Distributor and wholesale trade, where the catalogue is only the start.

    • Products and categories

    • Supplier management
    • Account-based pricing
  • Trade & EXIM

    6 features

Import-export operations with the documentation that actually gates a shipment.

    4 features

An AI accountant for Indian businesses, connected to the books.

    • Books connectivity via a managed workstation
    • Ledger and journal posting
    • Indian statutory context

Shared capabilities

Fifty-two things every module inherits.

This is why a new module takes weeks rather than quarters. A module declares what it consumes and gets the whole capability — payments, permissions, workflows, audit — with no re-implementation and no second version to keep in step.

  • Commerce and money

Selling, billing and reconciling — including the operational surfaces most platforms leave to spreadsheets.

    • Product catalogue, categories and orders
    • Payments, refunds and settlement reconciliation
    • Subscriptions and plan management
    • Wallets and stored value
    • Ledger and double-entry finance
    • Payroll
    • Bank accounts and statement import
    • Invoicing, tax and multi-currency reporting
  • Intelligence and AI

AI wired into the workflow rather than bolted on as a chat box in the corner.

    • Knowledge bases and document RAG
    • AI support agent
    • AI mail assistant
    • Computer vision for domain imagery
    • Customer profiles and lead scoring
    • Recommendations
    • Multiple AI providers, switchable per tenant
  • Automation

The parts of a business that should run without anyone remembering to run them.

    • Automation flows and a visual designer
    • Rules engine
    • Workflows with approvals
    • Scheduling and reminder rules
    • Notifications across channels
    • Dataflows
  • Operations

Running the business day to day, for the people who are rarely at a desk.

    • Project management, Kanban and milestones
    • Staff rostering and attendance
    • Targets and quotas
    • Walk-in queues
    • CRM sales pipeline
    • Collaborative inbox
    • Documents and file management
  • Public presence

Every tenant gets a real website, not a settings page with their logo on it.

    • Themed public site with server-side rendering
    • Blog, case studies, press and changelog
    • Careers and job listings
    • FAQs, testimonials and partners
    • Banners and hero content
    • Contact forms and feedback
    • Status page
  • Platform and trust

The parts nobody asks for in a demo and everybody needs in production.

    • Row-scoped IAM and permissions
    • Audit trail
    • Consent and privacy rights
    • Compliance tooling
    • Observability and alerting
    • Data catalog
    • A/B testing and web analytics
    • Custom entities without a code change

Where we are

The road to general availability.

We are building in the open about timing. Below is where the platform actually stands — not a launch date we would rather not commit to.

  1. 2016 – 2024 Delivered

    A decade of client platforms

Data lakes, streaming pipelines, ML platforms and analytics products built for enterprises across retail, logistics, mobility and healthcare. The patterns behind the platform were learned here.

  2. 2025 Delivered

    Platform foundations

Multi-tenant core, identity and tenant isolation, the module system, and the design system that every surface is built from.

  3. 2026 In progress

    Modules and mobile

Seven domain modules on 52 shared capabilities, the administration experience, and native Android and iOS applications built on the same core.

  4. Next

    General availability

Public launch under the final product name, with self-service onboarding. We are working with early customers before then.
