We are a product engineering company in Pune building a multi-tenant business platform, on foundations laid over a decade of enterprise data work. The team is deliberately small, which means the work you do is visible and the decisions you make are yours.

We do not keep vacancies posted when we are not actively hiring, because answering an advert that leads nowhere wastes your time. If you are a strong data, platform or mobile engineer, write to us anyway: we keep good conversations warm and reach out when something opens.

No chat, just code
Our interviews are built around real problems in a real environment rather than trivia. You will write code, and we will talk about the code you wrote.
Learning is budgeted, not encouraged
Enterprise learning subscriptions, certifications and regular knowledge-sharing sessions. Time to learn is planned work, not something you fit around delivery.
Open source as an expectation
We have published fifteen-plus internal frameworks under an Apache licence. Code you intend to publish gets written differently — and better.
Real problems, real scale
Pipelines handling thousands of events per second, models training across tens of millions of customers, platforms serving enterprises. The problems are not toys.
