Exadatum Software Services Private Limited was incorporated in Pune in 2016. Since then we have built data platforms, streaming systems and machine learning pipelines for enterprises across retail, logistics, mobility and healthcare — and we are now putting that experience into a platform of our own.

2016
Exadatum incorporated in Pune
Founded to build data and machine-learning systems for enterprise customers, with a stated mission of simplifying big data.
2016 – 2019
Enterprise data platforms
Data lakes, streaming pipelines and analytics platforms for retail, logistics and healthcare organisations — including engagements that grew to forty engineers across ten-plus concurrent projects.
2019 – 2023
Machine learning at scale
Propensity modelling, recommendation systems, demand forecasting and computer vision, alongside cloud migrations moving on-premise estates into GCP and AWS.
2024 – 2025
Robotics, drones and AI
Applied AI, robotics prototyping and drone systems — the work that produced our published research and technical writing.
2026
Becoming a product company
Turning a decade of client engineering into a multi-tenant business platform of our own, with mobile applications in preparation.

Three things we hold to.
Frameworks over heroics
The third project on shared foundations is dramatically cheaper than the first. We extract frameworks deliberately rather than rebuilding the same plumbing per project.
Definitions before dashboards
Most analytics disputes are agreement problems wearing data problems’ clothing. We settle what a metric means before we compute it.
Numbers we can source
Every figure in our case studies comes from project documentation. Where we have no measurement, we say so rather than estimating.
